Raw coal dryer is mainly used for drying materials with high moisture content and viscosity such as clay, coal slime, sludge, desulphurisation gypsum, livestock manure etc, also drying industrial materials with super dry requirement such as phosphorus slag and quartz sand or organic vinasse, medical slag, pomace, peat, straw feed, sawdust, biological peat.
WNS fire pipe boiler is a shell type boiler with three passes and wetback design. The fuel can be either oil or gas. When the fuel is burnt, the resulting flame heats the wave-shaped furnace wall in the first pass. The high-temperature smoke then flows through the reversal chamber into the grooved tube bundle area of the second pass. There, heat is transferred through convection.
